How long to have my order ready for delivery?
We strive to work on a 3-10 business day turnaround- from the time we receive your order until the finished goods are ready for shipment. However prior to production we must receive your final approval to all artwork and designs and receive either a purchase order or 50% deposit. The artwork is the most important part of the process, so we want to make sure it is right and has your approval.
Embroidery orders take longer to produce, usually from 5 – 15 days. Time-of-year (seasonal rush), quantity and even at times machine maintenance may extend our production timetables. To be fair to each customer, we schedule each order on a FIRST IN – FIRST out basis. The key is to order early. Rush orders are available, but are based on receipt of useable artwork, shipping distance, holiday schedules and other factors
Do we accept credit cards?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express. Your credit card will be charged at least the 50% deposit to begin the processing of you order, unless you advise us to charge the whole amount up front. Once the order is complete and ships, we will charge the remaining 50% of your order total. We also accept electronic checks via our Quickbooks processing system
How can I pay?
We accept payment by personal check, company check, cash, money order, cashiers check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express cards. We take payment in full with each order -if you are buying a custom made product. We do not begin production on any order until we have a payment of at least 50% of the invoice total. Orders cannot be changed (added to, or deducted from) once we receive payment. If an order needs to be cancelled BEFORE production we charge a 30% RESTOCK fee.
Do we do 15 or 30 day Terms?
We do offer 15 day Net Terms. Ask for a credit application. The 15 days begins the date that the invoice was created.

How long to get my order after it is shipped?
We ship all orders via Ground – UPS Ground, USPS (Post Office). These methods can take 2 to 6 days to arrive to you, from our plant in Arizona. Faster shipping is available at your cost. We can ship via Airborne Express, Fed. Ex Overnight, USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3 Day Select. Please consider the costs, since t-shirts, sweatshirts and other products are not light-weight. An “average” express shipment can ADD up to $2.00 per t-shirt, more for heavier sweatshirts, etc.
Ideas to help you save money!
Tips to Save Money on your custom printed order:
- Print fewer ink color. (Each ink color requires a separate screen).
- Print on fewer locations (like front only instead of front and back).
- Order White or Ash Grey t-shirts (other colors are more expensive).
- Order in larger Quantities (price breaks at 72, 144, 288, etc)
